Leap SE Web is a powerful Agile application for developing and managing requirements using easy-to-use templates based on natural English. The rich collection of templates provides users with a versatile and comprehensive toolset for authoring both system and software requirements. By accelerating the composition process within the framework of a proven object-oriented methodology, Leap SE Web facilitates the development of specifications that are concise, expressive, and complete. The result is a cohesive set of buildable and testable requirements that can be easily understood by stakeholders at all levels, from test engineers to upper-level management and customers in virtually any industry. Highlights include18 functional templates for capturing system behavior, 4 structural templates for defining entities, attributes, and relationships, a Builder for creating custom templates, and an ICD template for Message definition. Leap SE Web is a web-based, enterprise solution for managing requirements across multiple systems and users. Deployed on either Apache Tomcat or GlassFish Server and one of the three major databases (Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL), Leap SE Web goes beyond requirement authoring and management to the generation of object-oriented and relational models. As requirements are updated, so is the underlying model used to generate these models in the form of Java classes, C++ header files, or relational SQL scripts, all of which can be download at any time. Composing with templates, users can easily select from entity drop-down lists and make use of common grammatical constructs; clone one requirement from another; specify release, priority, paragraph, and comments; and build personalized custom templates. The RTM facility supports requirement editing and version tracking, querying, and exporting to a csv file, as well as individual attribute editing.
